Mason General Hospital seeks an additional Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician (OB/GYN) to join their team in Shelton, Washington (WA). Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN).

Opportunity Highlights:
  • 4-day work week
  • 50% Obstetrics 50% Gynecology with opportunity for URO/GYN procedures and mentorship
  • Join the team of Dr. Andrea Martin and Dr. Carey Martens
  • The group performs 300 deliveries per year
  • Support staff consists of; lactation specialists, care coordinators, social workers, and much more
  • Ability to teach Medical Students and gain an Adjunct Clinical Instructor title
Compensation Highlights:
  • Base salary of $325,988 per year - plus opportunity for productivity
  • Sign-on/relocation of $45,000
  • First year package of $370,988
  • 2 retirement plans, and 1 pension plan available
  • Student loan repayment up to $125,000 (state and federal program available)
  • 5 weeks of paid time off and 7 paid Holidays
