Assignment Details
Dates: February 1, 2027–ongoing
Schedule: Wednesdays, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern
Coverage type: Primarily clinic coverage; no call
Volume: Not specified
Setting: Outpatient clinic with limited inpatient/OR coverage at a rural critical access hospital
Support: Not specified; no APP supervision or resident teaching required
EMR: Cerner; transition to Epic planned for 2027
Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
Clinical Details
Primary scope: Routine gynecology, prenatal care, high-risk pregnancy management, colposcopy, and office procedures
Surgical scope: Hysterectomy, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, and open/laparoscopic procedures; minimal OR time anticipated
Required skills listed: Amniocentesis, fetal heart rate interpretation, vaginal and operative deliveries, C-sections, breech and multiple births, VBACs, and third-/fourth-degree laceration repair
Preferred: OB ultrasound performance/interpretation and laser certification
Admissions and rounding on assigned/unassigned patients listed
Requirements
BC/BE in OB/GYN
Active Indiana medical license or IMLC
BLS
