A physician-led medical group in the Quad Cities (Eastern Iowa/Western Illinois) is seeking a BC/BE Obstetrician-Gynecologist for an established, full-spectrum practice with instant volume.
Practice Details:
• 1,000+ births per year
• Call 1:5 with OB hospitalist support for emergencies and consults
• Dedicated OR time with robot access
• Level II NICU with onsite neonatologists; onsite ultrasound
• Collaborative care model with a local community health center
• Autonomy to build your practice
Compensation & Benefits:
• 2-year income guarantee of $400K plus productivity incentive
• $100,000 commencement bonus
• Relocation up to $15,000
• 4 weeks vacation, 1 week CME, 6 paid holidays; $6,000 CME
• Day-one health, dental, vision, life, disability
• 401(k) with match + 457(b); malpractice; PSLF eligible

Job Responsibilities
• Perform deliveries and GYN surgery including robotic cases
• Participate in 1:5 call
• Collaborate with OB hospitalists and community health partners
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN (within 3 years of residency; BC within 1 year of hire)
• Able to obtain unrestricted Iowa license
• Unrestricted DEA/prescribing authority
• J-1 and H-1B candidates welcome
