Job description
A busy, established OB/GYN practice at a regional medical center in North Iowa is seeking a BC/BE Obstetrician-Gynecologist. Practice big-city medicine in a small town – with very flexible full-time or part-time scheduling.
Practice Details:
• Instant volume; 500–600 births per year
• Team: 1 OB/GYN, 4 OB hospitalists, 2 midwives and 4 APPs
• Newly remodeled clinic on the main campus, steps from L&D, lab, pharmacy and radiology
• Two da Vinci Xi robots with dedicated OR block time
• Level II NICU staffed 24/7; in-clinic ultrasound; perinatology consultation available
• Teaching family medicine residents and medical students
• H-1B and J-1 waiver candidates encouraged
Compensation & Benefits:
• 2-year income guarantee of $400,000/year plus productivity incentives
• $250,000 bonus package including $120,000 sign-on
• Moving allowance up to $15,000
• 34 days PTO (40 days on production); $6,000 CME
• Day-one health, dental, vision, life, disability
• 403(b) with match + optional 457(b)
• Paid malpractice with tail; PSLF eligible

Job Responsibilities
• Perform deliveries and robotic/minimally invasive GYN surgery
• Collaborate with OB hospitalists, midwives and APPs
• Teach residents and medical students
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN (within 3 years of eligibility)
• Iowa license or IMLC (or willing to obtain)
• H-1B and J-1 waiver candidates welcome
