OB Laborist – Nocturnist (Full-Time)

Position Overview:
Miami Valley Hospital is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB-GYN to join as a full-time nocturnist OB Laborist, providing 24-hour on-site coverage focused on safe, high-quality obstetric care.
Role Highlights:
Act as attending for OB triage, admissions, deliveries, and emergencies
Manage inpatients independently, including postpartum care
Perform C-sections and procedures as needed in the absence of the primary physician
Support midwives and Maternal-Fetal Medicine in high-risk cases
Serve as a key presence on Labor & Delivery, promoting patient safety and satisfaction
Participate in a structured L&D preceptorship for core competency demonstration

Requirements:
Board Certified / Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Active Ohio medical license (or eligibility)
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
Experience in a high-volume obstetrical setting preferred
