Description
Noor Locums is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN physician for a short-term locum tenens opportunity in Arizona this December.
This assignment offers inpatient and outpatient responsibilities with beeper call coverage from December 18–31, 2026. The practice supports a high-volume OB/GYN service averaging approximately 1,200 deliveries annually.
Job Responsibilities
Provide beeper call coverage
Evaluate and manage routine and high-risk pregnancies
Manage labor and delivery and obstetric emergencies
Perform vaginal and cesarean deliveries as clinically indicated
Conduct patient rounding and admissions
Collaborate with nursing staff and the clinical team
Supervise advanced practice providers
Participate in resident and teaching supervision
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Active Arizona medical license or IMLC
BLS certification required
Fellowship training preferred
Hospital privileges required; temporary privileges are available
Experience with inpatient OB/GYN care and labor and delivery
Comfortable supervising APPs and participating in resident education
