Description
Noor Locums is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN physician for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in Durant, Oklahoma.
This assignment provides inpatient and outpatient OB/GYN coverage, including beeper call, patient admissions, and rounding. The practice averages approximately 660 deliveries annually and offers support from a dedicated nursing and office staff.
Job Responsibilities
Provide beeper call coverage
Evaluate and manage routine and high-risk pregnancies
Manage labor and delivery and obstetric emergencies
Perform vaginal and cesarean deliveries as clinically indicated
Conduct inpatient rounding and patient admissions
Manage obstetric complications and consultations
Collaborate with the hospital's clinical team
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Active Oklahoma medical license required
Fellowship training required
ABLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
Hospital privileges required; temporary privileges are available
Ability to provide beeper call coverage with a 30-minute response time
