Description
Noor Locums is seeking a Board Certified OB/GYN physician for an ongoing hospital-based locum tenens opportunity in California, with coverage needed beginning in December 2026 and continuing forward.
This assignment offers beeper call coverage in a hospital setting, with approximately 150 deliveries annually. The physician will manage obstetric patients, respond to labor and delivery needs, and provide inpatient care, including admissions.

Job Responsibilities
Respond to labor and delivery needs within the required response time.
Evaluate and manage obstetric patients, including admissions.
Perform routine and complicated deliveries.
Manage obstetric emergencies and make cesarean-section decisions.
Provide inpatient obstetric care and coordinate patient management.
Maintain complete and current case logs for review.
Qualifications
Active California medical license required.
BLS and PALS required.
Must be able to provide 100 case logs immediately.
Experience managing labor and delivery patients and obstetric emergencies.
Able to meet the 7-minute call response requirement.
Must comply with hospital dress code and infection-control policies.
Working Hours
Ongoing coverage, with availability needed beginning December 2026.
7-minute response time required.
