Description
Noor Locums is seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN physician for a flexible locum tenens opportunity in Ketchikan, Alaska. This assignment offers approximately one week of coverage per month, combining outpatient clinic care with labor and delivery and emergency call responsibilities. The physician will work alongside an established OB/GYN team with additional physician coverage available.

Full-scope general OB/GYN practice
Job Responsibilities
Provide inpatient and labor and delivery coverage
Respond to 24-hour labor and delivery and emergency department call
Perform rounding and admissions
Provide general obstetrics and gynecology care
Assist with procedures and surgical cases when needed
Qualifications
Alaska medical license required; candidates must be able and willing to obtain an Alaska license promptly
BLS certification required
Epic EMR experience required
Case logs covering the previous 24 months
Working Hours
Clinic: 8 AM–5 PM
Weekday night call coverage
24-hour weekend call coverage
Call assignments may include consecutive days with clinic coverage in between
