- Provide OB/GYN hospital and call coverage.
- Participate in clinic care, with approximately 20 patients scheduled during coverage.
- Perform C-sections and vaginal deliveries.
- Perform suction D&Cs and provide care for ectopic pregnancies.
- Evaluate and treat ovarian torsion and abnormal bleeding.
- Coordinate care for high-risk patients with maternal-fetal medicine support.
- Document patient care using the EPIC electronic medical record system.
Required
- OB/GYN physician experience.
- Experience performing C-sections, vaginal deliveries, suction D&Cs, and managing ectopic pregnancies, ovarian torsion, and abnormal bleeding.
- Ability to provide 24-hour call coverage and clinic care.
Preferred
- Local availability in or near Petersburg, Virginia.
- Experience using EPIC.
