Job description In-house OB/GYN call coverage at a Level II trauma hospital in Fredericksburg, VA, starting as soon as credentialing allows and ongoing. Pay is $4,500 per 24-hour call period. Work is inpatient only: labor and delivery, admissions and assigned patients, with a team of RNs and 2 PA/NPs behind you and Epic as the EMR. Temporary privileges are available, and board eligible physicians are welcome. Travel is covered.

Job Responsibilities

Provide in-house OB/GYN call for the hospital: labor and delivery, obstetric and gynecologic admissions and emergencies, and rounding on assigned inpatients, roughly 16 to 20 patients on a shift. No APP supervision or teaching duties.

Qualifications

OB/GYN physician, board certified or board eligible. Virginia license, or an IMLC letter of qualification and we will guide you through the state license. BLS.

Working Hours

24-hour in-house call periods. Ongoing coverage, with dates set around your availability.

Skills
