OnCall Solutions is seeking an OB/GYN physician for hospital-based locum tenens coverage in Grass Valley, California. Ongoing coverage dates are available through July 2027.
Opportunity Highlights
• 24-hour call shifts: 8:00 AM–8:00 AM
• Weekday and weekend coverage
• Dedicated Family Birthing Center and operating room for C-sections
• Support from local OB/GYN physicians, Family Medicine OB, anesthesia, and an on-call pediatrician
• Cerner EMR
• Travel and lodging covered
Clinical Responsibilities
• Inpatient OB/GYN coverage and labor and delivery support
• Vaginal deliveries and Cesarean sections
• OB/GYN-related emergency department call
• Gynecologic surgery and full-scope OB/GYN procedures within approved privileges
Requirements
• Active California medical license
• Board Certified in OB/GYN or Board Eligible within five years
• DEA registration required during credentialing
• Recent delivery, independent C-section, and gynecologic surgical experience
