Assignment Details
Coverage dates requested:
- December 10–11, 14–18, 21–23, and 28–31
- January 11–15 and 31
Coverage years and January 31 shift to be confirmed
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; OR procedures as needed
Coverage: OB/GYN clinic with optional surgical GYN
Volume: Up to 20 patients daily; no daily admissions reported
Setting: Clinic and OR
Support: Family medicine physician with OB, nurse, and CNA
EMR: Allscripts AEHR and Meditech
Credentialing: Timeframe to be confirmed
Clinical Details
Women's health, obstetric, and gynecologic clinic care
Must practice both OB and GYN
Surgical GYN capabilities preferred, not required
Supervision of clinical personnel as applicable
Requirements
Board certification preferred; board-eligible candidates considered
ND license or IMLC
Current ACLS and BLS
Active DEA
