Locums | Outpatient OB/GYN | Marshfield, WI (any state license accepted via Act 10 expedited pathway)
Why This Role
Any state license accepted via Act 10 expedited pathway
No call or delivery coverage
Daytime hours, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
2–4 weeks of coverage per month
Established RN, MA, and APP support
Assignment Details
Dates: Anticipated December 2026 or January 2027 start; ongoing
Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; minimum 2 weeks and up to 4 weeks per month
Coverage: Outpatient clinic only; no call
Volume: 15–20+ patients per shift
Setting: Primarily prenatal visits, with gynecology appointments as scheduling allows
Support: 5 RNs, 6 MAs, 6 APPs, and 3 office staff
APP supervision required; no resident or teaching supervision
EMR: Cerner
Credentialing: 60–90 days
Clinical Details
Required: Initial and follow-up prenatal visits and low-risk pregnancy care
Required: Fetal heart rate interpretation and OB ultrasound performance/interpretation, including Level I screening and Level II targeted studies
Required: Office/minor gynecologic procedures, including IUD services, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, and LEEP
Preferred: High-risk pregnancy care, amniocentesis, and open/laparoscopic gynecologic surgery
Not required: Vaginal or operative deliveries, C-sections, or third-/fourth-degree laceration repair
Requirements
BC/BE in OB/GYN
Any state license accepted via Act 10 expedited pathway
Active DEA
Minimum availability of 2 weeks per month
