Assignment Details
Dates: November 26 at 7am–November 30, 2026 at 7am; additional 2027 dates anticipated
Schedule: 24-hour beeper call with a 30-minute response time
Coverage type: Call only for assigned and unassigned patients
Volume: Approximately 10 patients/shift, 1–2 admissions, and 100 deliveries annually
Setting: Inpatient obstetrics and gynecology
Support: Facility clinical team
EMR: Cerner
Credentialing: Approximately 30 days
Clinical Details
Required scope: Low-risk pregnancy, fetal heart-rate interpretation, and OB ultrasound
Required scope: Vaginal delivery, low-forceps delivery, cesarean decision-making, and cesarean delivery
Required scope: Breech delivery, multiple births, abruptions, and third- and fourth-degree laceration repair
Required scope: Open and major operative gynecology
Requirements
Board certification required
Any active state license accepted; IN license obtained during credentialing
Active ACLS, BLS, and PALS
Active IN CSR and DEA before the assignment
Laser certification required
