Locums | OB/GYN | Gaylord, Cadillac & Charlevoix, MI (active MI license required)
Why This Role
Ongoing coverage, only 3–6 days per month
Two openings
Low-volume 24-hour call
Temporary privileges available
Rural hospital practice across Northern Michigan
Assignment Details
Ongoing assignment
Approximately 3–6 days per month
Variable days, including weekends
24-hour beeper/phone call, typically 7:00a–7:00a
1:5 call rotation
Approximately 2–5 patients per day, depending on census and acuity
Coverage across Gaylord, Cadillac, and Charlevoix
100% inpatient, hospital-based practice
Level I and Level II facilities
Oracle
Credentialing: approximately 90 days
Clinical Details
Independent rural OB/GYN call coverage
Routine vaginal deliveries
Cesarean sections
Management of obstetric emergencies
Broad inpatient obstetrical and gynecological care
Adult patients only
Requirements
Board certification in OB/GYN required
Active Michigan license required at submission
Must cover all three locations
BLS
ACLS
PALS
EFM certification
NRP
Active DEA
Michigan residents preferred
