Locums | OB/GYN | Pocatello, ID (ID or IMLC)

Assignment Details
Start: ASAP, pending credentialing
Duration: Ongoing request; monthly needs noted through December 2026
Schedule: Overnight and 24-hour call shifts; current dates to be confirmed
Call: Beeper call with a 30-minute response requirement
Coverage type: Inpatient OB/GYN call, admissions, and rounding
Volume: Approximately 5–6 patients, 2–3 admissions, and 3–5 phone consults daily
Setting: Inpatient obstetrics; 10-bed department with high-risk antepartum care
Support: 3–5 RNs, two office staff, on-campus MFM resources, and Level III NICU
EMR: Epic
Credentialing: Approximately 45 days after completed application
Clinical Details
Required: Low- and high-risk pregnancy management; fetal heart rate interpretation
Required: Screening and targeted OB ultrasound performance and interpretation; amniocentesis
Required: Vaginal and low-forceps deliveries, C-sections, breech and multiple births, abruptions, and VBACs
Required: Repair of third- and fourth-degree lacerations
Preferred: Minor and major laparoscopic gynecologic procedures
Office gynecology and open gynecologic surgery not required
Requirements
BC/BE in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Active ID license or IMLC
