Locums OB/GYN Physician | Livingston, TN A Tennessee hospital is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physician for a limited call-coverage assignment. Assignment Details

  • Dates: December 23‚Äì24, 2026
  • Coverage type: Beeper call only
  • Setting: Inpatient
  • EMR: MEDHOST
  • Patient volume: Approximately 2‚Äì3 patients per shift
  • Call response time: 20 minutes
  • Callback rate: Approximately 40%
  • Phone consults: Approximately 3‚Äì4
  • Admissions: Approximately 2
  • Annual deliveries: Approximately 400
Clinical Scope Low- and high-risk pregnancy management Vaginal and complicated deliveries Cesarean sections Breech and multiple-birth management Decision-making for emergency obstetric care Fetal heart-rate interpretation and OB ultrasound experience preferred Support Three RNs One advanced practice provider One office staff member Requirements Board certified or board eligible in OB/GYN Active Tennessee license or IMLC eligibility BLS and PALS Ability to respond within 20 minutes Vendor-provided malpractice insurance Credentialing Approximately 45 days Temporary privileges are not available Licensing costs may be reimbursed
