### Locums | Outpatient OB/GYN | Marshfield, WI (No License Required to Bid) ### Why This Role Provide primarily prenatal care in an established outpatient OB/GYN practice with extensive nursing, medical assistant, and APP support. This role has no call, deliveries, inpatient coverage, or admission responsibilities. ### Assignment Details

  • Anticipated start: December 2026 or January 2027
  • Assignment status: Ongoing
  • Minimum commitment: Two weeks per month
  • Up to four weeks of coverage per month available
  • One-week-per-month availability will not be considered
  • Monday‚ÄìFriday, 8:00 a.m.‚Äì5:00 p.m.
  • Outpatient clinic only
  • No call
  • No deliveries
  • No admissions
  • Approximately 15‚Äì20+ patients per shift
  • Cerner EMR
  • APP supervision required
  • No resident or teaching responsibilities
  • Approximately 60‚Äì90 days for credentialing

Clinical Responsibilities Initial prenatal visits Follow-up prenatal care Low-risk pregnancy management Fetal heart rate interpretation Performance and interpretation of: - Level I/viability ultrasounds - Level II/targeted ultrasounds Gynecologic visits as scheduling permits Office and minor gynecologic procedures, including: - IUD care - Cystoscopy - Colposcopy - Cryosurgery - LEEP ### Clinical Support Five RNs Six medical assistants Six PAs/NPs Three office staff members Practice supports approximately 975 deliveries annually, although deliveries are not part of this assignment ### Preferred Skills High-risk prenatal care Amniocentesis Open and laparoscopic gynecologic surgery Major operative gynecology ### Requirements Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology No active Wisconsin license is required to bid Must obtain appropriate Wisconsin licensure before practicing Current outpatient obstetrical and prenatal care experience Competency in fetal heart rate interpretation and obstetrical ultrasound Ability to provide at least two weeks of coverage per month Hospital privileges required
