- Provide obstetric and gynecologic laborist coverage in a labor and delivery setting
- Manage labor, delivery, and postpartum patient care
- Perform vaginal and cesarean deliveries
- Provide care for patients undergoing VBAC
- Collaborate with midwives as part of the care team
- Support care across labor and delivery, postpartum rooms, and the dedicated obstetric operating room
- Document patient care using Epic, when applicable
- OB/GYN board certification through ABMS or AOA
- Comfort performing vaginal and cesarean deliveries
- Experience managing VBACs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with midwives
- Availability for 24-hour shifts with at least 24 hours off between shifts
- Current, active licensure and credentials required for practice
- Epic electronic medical record experience
- Availability for weekday coverage
- Ability to work approximately 3–4 24-hour shifts per month
