Job description A hospital in the Cottonwood, AZ area needs a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN for 24-hour call coverage in Friday to Monday blocks, with dates from October 2026 through July 2027 built around your availability. Pay is $2,194.50 per 24-hour call day, plus $256.03/hr callback whenever you are called in. Travel is covered. Call runs 7a to 7a, typically 0-1 deliveries per shift, in a 99-bed acute care hospital.

Job Responsibilities

Cover OB/GYN call in 24-hour shifts (7a to 7a), including deliveries, OB triage, and GYN consults, and cover for the nurse midwife when there is a need. Callbacks are paid at the callback rate.

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN. Arizona license or IMLC accepted; for dates four or more months out, we will license you. DEA required. 1 year of experience.

Working Hours

Seven Friday 7a to Monday 7a blocks (three 24-hour call shifts each): 10/30-11/2, 11/6-11/9, 1/1-1/4, 2/5-2/8, 4/2-4/5, 6/11-6/14, and 7/9-7/12. Take one block or several.
