Locums | OB/GYN | Pocatello, ID (ID or IMLC) Why This Role

Assignment Details Start/end: Ongoing Schedule: Ongoing call coverage; 24-hour and 5p-7a shifts Coverage type: Call only; beeper call Call response: 30 minutes Volume: ~5-6 patients/day; 2-3 admissions/day; ~1,100 deliveries/year Setting: Inpatient; Level II Trauma Center; Level III NICU; 10-bed department Support: 3-5 RNs, 2 office staff; MFM resources available through on-campus clinic EMR: Epic Credentialing: ~45 days; temporary privileges available Clinical Details Required scope: Low- and high-risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation, OB ultrasound performance/interpretation, and amniocentesis Required delivery scope: Vaginal delivery, low forceps, C-section decision-making, C-sections, breech, multiples, abruptions, and VBACs Required: Repair of 3rd- and 4th-degree lacerations Preferred: Laparoscopic and major operative gynecology High-risk antepartum patients managed on site Requirements BC/BE in OB/GYN License: ID or IMLC Active DEA Compensation Rate negotiable, open to your number Malpractice provided Travel and lodging reimbursed
