A well-established not-for-profit hospital serving communities throughout the Hudson Valley is seeking a full-time OB/GYN Physician to join its team in Cornwall, New York.

This hospital-based opportunity offers comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum services, routine and complex gynecology, surgical and procedural care, and labor & delivery call coverage.

Position Highlights

  • Participation in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Job Responsibilities

The physician will evaluate and treat patients across the full spectrum of obstetric and gynecologic care. Responsibilities include prenatal care, labor and delivery management, postpartum care, diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic conditions, surgical and procedural services, patient education, clinical documentation, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency
Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Strong clinical experience in obstetric and gynecologic care
Advanced gynecologic surgical and procedural skills
Experience or training in minimally invasive gynecologic techniques
Current unrestricted New York medical license or eligibility to obtain one
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to evidence-based medicine, patient safety, and quality improvement
Willingness to participate in hospital call coverage and departmental activities
