Job Requirements for Assignment #117431:
-- Tennessee medical license
-- Board Certification or Board Eligibility within 5 years
-- ACLS required
-- 5 patients per shift
-- NICU Level 2
-- 60 day creds
-- Expedited credentialing - may be needed sooner than October
-- EMR: Cerner
