• Call coverage only — no clinic

• November 24, 2026 (orientation) through November 30, 2026 at 7:00 a.m.

• December 22, 2026 (orientation) through December 28, 2026 at 7:00 a.m.

Call Details:

• Assigned patients

• Call type: Beeper

• Call response time required: 30 minutes

• Call ratio: 1

• Callback rate: 10%

• Average call activity per 24 hours:

  • Phone consults: 1

  • Patients seen: 2

  • Admissions: 2

• Patients per shift: 2

Practice Setting:

• Trauma Level IV

• Hospital stroke certified

• 5 beds in department

• EMR: MediTech

Support Staff:

• 2 RNs

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology

• Fellowship required

• Active Kentucky license or IMLC accepted

• ABLS certification required

• ACLS certification required

• ATLS certification required

• BLS certification required

• PALS certification required
