Schedule & Call

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Three clinic days per week
• Dedicated OR day

Call

• Shared 1:3 call schedule
• Midwife assists with call coverage
• Team-based approach to patient care
• High-risk obstetric cases transferred
• No NICU coverage requirements

Compensation

Base Compensation

• Base Salary: $375,000
• Expected Annual Earnings: $430,000+
• Nurse Midwife Supervision Stipend: $6,000 annually

Sign-On & Relocation

• $25,000 Sign-On Bonus

Candidate Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Eligible for California medical licensure
• Comfortable practicing in a community-based setting

• Excellent communication skills
• Desire to establish long-term roots within the community
