Date: 11/16/2026 - 24 weeks
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00a-3:30p
Coverage Need: 1-2 FTEs; providers available 2 weeks per month will be considered
Call: Optional
- Overnight: 7:00p-7:00a
- Weekend: 7:00a-7:00a
- 12- or 24-hour call shifts available
Practice Setting: Outpatient OB/GYN Clinic with hospital call opportunities
Patient Volume: 18-22 patients per day
EMR: Epic
Licensing: Minnesota license required (facility willing to license); Board Certified OB/GYN; DEA required
Credentialing: 90-120 days; emergency privileges may be available for clean files
