Job description
Med Ninjas is recruiting board-certified or board-eligible OB Hospitalists for an immediate need at a busy North Fort Worth hospital serving more than 50,000 patients each year. Compensation is $180 per hour, with full-time defined as 7.5 twenty-four-hour shifts per month and a benefit-eligible minimum of 5.5 shifts.

Clinical Responsibilities
- Perform OB triage, admissions, delivery attendance, and inpatient care
- Manage a 40% C-section rate within the delivery caseload
- Oversee unscheduled outpatient OB/GYN triage visits and OBED consults
- Collaborate with in-house neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners in a Level II NICU setting
- Work with maternal-fetal medicine specialists to manage high-risk pregnancies
- Provide care for unassigned patients and assist with private call coverage
- Cover the OB floor and handle ER consults for GYN emergencies
- Assist in surgical procedures during cesarean sections and respond to labor and delivery emergencies

You Must Have
- Truly board eligible within five years of residency, or board certified, in OB/GYN
- Active Texas license, or license in process; the client is seeking a provider who can start as soon as possible
- Clean malpractice and license history, highly preferred
- Willingness to reside within the immediate local area; relocation may be required
- Active DEA prior to start
- NPDB self-query pulled within the last 30 days
- Confirm interest in full-time or part-time employment
- This role does not accept locums or visa candidates
