• Setting: Inpatient, hospital-based OB/GYN coverage
• Location: Atlantic City, New Jersey / Jersey Shore region
• Schedule: Rotating day and night coverage; Monday through Friday
• Shift Duration: 12-hour rotating shifts
• Hours Per Week: Approximately 36 hours
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $5,250-$5,620
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Call: No call required

Job Requirements

• Board Certified OB/GYN required
• Active New Jersey medical license, or willingness to obtain
• At least 1 year of OB/GYN clinical experience preferred
• Experience managing labor and delivery patients in a hospital setting
• Experience with labor floor management and patient inductions
• Experience responding to gynecologic emergencies and inpatient consults
• NPDB within 30 days required at offer
• Providers with minimal malpractice settlements may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient labor and delivery coverage for obstetrical patients
• Manage labor floor operations and oversee patient inductions
• Perform cesarean sections as clinically indicated
• Evaluate and treat gynecologic emergencies presenting through the emergency department
• Provide inpatient gynecologic consultations
• Support continuity of care while helping meet ongoing OB/GYN coverage needs
