Med Ninjas is seeking a Physician for short term locum tenens coverage at an inpatient facility located in Loxahatchee, FL
The Physician must be available for the complete coverage block from 10/9/2026 to 10/29/2026
This assignment includes inpatient hospital coverage, 24-hour in-house shifts, OB triage and deliveries, patient management, surgical assists, fetal monitoring, ER coverage, and weekend coverage.

Locum Tenens Hospitalist - OB

Shift: 24-hour, in-house shifts
Start Date: 10/9/2026
End Date: 10/29/2026 AND On-going

Position Details:
Patient Population: OB/GYN patients
Setting: Inpatient Hospital / Labor & Delivery
Responsibilities: OB triage, deliveries, patient management, surgical assists, fetal monitoring, ER coverage
Required Procedures: Deliveries; surgical assists; fetal monitoring
EMR System: Not specified
Support Staff: 4-physician team; Level III NICU, MFMs, neonatologists, and pediatric subspecialists
Days Per Month: Specific dates needed: October 9, 11, 20, 23, 24, 25, 29. There may be future dates as well.
On-Call/Weekends: 24-hour in-house shifts; weekend coverage required

Required Procedures and Skills

• OB triage
• Deliveries
• Patient management
• Surgical assists
• Fetal monitoring
• ER coverage
• Minimum 50 deliveries within the last 24 months

Requirements

• Board Certified in OB/GYN
• Florida license preferred (or in process) or active IMLC compact eligible
• Minimum of 1-year recent clinical experience
• Must be Board Certified
