Shift Details:
- Estimated Start Date: January 1, 2027
- Requested Date of Coverage and Schedule:
- January – April 2027: 5 to 10 shifts per month
- April – October 2027 (minimum): 10 to 15 shifts per month
- Schedule Details: Monday – Friday (up to 40 hours per week). 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM OR 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Patient Population/Case Load: 20 patients per shift; Average 1290 deliveries per year
- Case Mix: 100% Outpatient Clinic only
Licensing Details:
- License: An active Washington State license or an IMLC membership is required.
- Willing to License: No
- Estimated Privileging Timeline: 90 days
