- Dates: ASAP-Ongoing
- Coverage: approximately 3-6 days per month
- 24-hour call: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.; days vary; weekends included
- Call: required; beeper/phone; call ratio ~1:5; average callback volume varies
- 100% inpatient/hospital-based; Trauma Level I and II facilities
- Patient population: Adults; average daily volume 2-5 (varies by census/acuity)
- Scope/procedures: Broad OB/GYN, routine vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, management of obstetric emergencies
- EMR: Oracle
- Certifications: BC, MI license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, EFM, NRP, DEA
- Clean malpractice history; no license issues (no exceptions)
- Credentialing: Estimated 90 days; temporary privileges available
