• Schedule: Weekday clinic coverage, ideally Wednesday through Friday, with a preferred model of 2 clinic days and 1 OR day
• Call Coverage: 1 weekday beeper call shift per week and 1 weekend beeper call shift per month
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $9,330 - $10,000
• Charting System: EPIC
• Credentialing Timeframe: 3-4 months, with emergency privileges available
• Patient Volume: Approximately 22 clinic patients per day
• Additional Setting Notes: In-house anesthesia and experienced support staff available

Job Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Active Ohio medical license or IMLC LOQ only
• DEA required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of OB/GYN experience required
• Experience providing full-scope women’s health care in clinic, OR, and call settings
• Comfort managing deliveries, gynecologic procedures, and inpatient coverage
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including MAs and RNs

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient OB/GYN care in a busy women’s health clinic
• Perform gynecologic surgeries and procedures, including hysterectomies, hysteroscopies, laparotomies, and salpingectomies
• Support labor and delivery coverage and manage approximately 1 delivery per day when on call
• Participate in weekday and weekend beeper call coverage as assigned
• Deliver high-quality care for patients ages 18 through 65+
• Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and anesthesia support to ensure efficient patient care
• Provide care for patients who may require VBAC management and other full-scope OB/GYN services
• Maintain accurate documentation and efficient workflow using EPIC electronic medical records
