Deaconess Clinic is seeking a full-time BC/BE OB/GYN to join our growing, high-volume program at Deaconess Henderson Hospital in Henderson, KY, offering a $500,000 guaranteed base salary (12-month guarantee), a $75,000 sign-on bonus, and up to $90,000 in student loan repayment. This position is ideal for new graduates or experienced OB/GYNs seeking a supportive practice environment, balanced inpatient and outpatient care, and the opportunity to practice in a well-established program with strong subspecialty support.

Practice Details
This position offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care with strong clinical infrastructure and excellent physician collaboration. You’ll work in modern OB facilities with access to advanced surgical technology and a robust, multidisciplinary support network, including:
- Maternal-Fetal Medicine – Tri-State Perinatology
- Reproductive Endocrinology – Boston IVF at The Women’s Hospital
- Urogynecology – Urogynecology & Pelvic Rehabilitation
- Gynecologic Oncology – The Women’s Cancer Center
Whether you’re building confidence as a new graduate or expanding your scope as an experienced OB/GYN, you’ll have the support needed to practice high-quality medicine without feeling isolated or overwhelmed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed $500,000 base salary
