- Coverage Dates: November 25-29
- Ongoing need of approximately 6-7 days per month
- Shift Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM (24-hour call coverage).
- In-House Call
- Average Callback Hours: Daily midwife coverage assists with patient management.
- Practice Setting: Inpatient/Hospital-Based.
- Estimated Credentialing Time: 90 days
- Patient Population: Adult.
- Setting: 100% inpatient.
- Average Patient Volume: 1-6 patients per day.
- EMR/Documentation: EPIC.
- Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible, Kentucky license or active IMLC, DEA, BLS
