Locums – Mansfield, Ohio OB/GYN Job (IMLC Accepted)

Start Date

• May consider locums-to-permanent

Schedule

• Wednesday–Friday clinic shifts: 8:00am–5:00pm
• 2 clinic days and 1 OR day
• Surgeon interested in robotics and potentially urogynecology surgeries
• Optional call coverage:
  • 1 × 24-hour weekday beeper call shift per week
  • 1 × 72-hour weekend beeper call shift per month

Practice Setting

• Clinic and hospital
• 326-bed hospital
• Approximately 700 deliveries per year
• In-house anesthesia

Patient Population / Volume

• Women ages 18–65+
• Clinic: approximately 22 patients per day
• When on call: approximately 1 delivery per day
• Variable number of phone calls during nights and weekends

Support Staff

• Medical assistants
• Registered nurses

Department Description

• Covering clinic 2–3 days per week
• 1 gynecologic surgery/OR day
• Optional weeknight and weekend call coverage

Procedures

• Full-scope OB/GYN
• Hysterectomies
• Hysteroscopies
• Laparotomies
• Salpingectomies
• VBACs
• Robotics and potentially urogynecology surgeries

EMR

• Epic

Requirements

• Board Certified OB/GYN
• Active Ohio license required
• IMLC accepted
• DEA required
• BLS required
• Minimum 1 year of experience
