Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician – Minneapolis, MN

- Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (flexible start & end times); potential overnight and weekend call shifts
- Hours per Week: 40 hours
- Employment Type: Contract, 6 months with option to extend
- Licenses & Certifications: MN Medical License, DEA, Board Certification in OB/GYN, ACLS, PALS, NRP (or willing to obtain)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in clinical OB/GYN practice
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $231.93
- Weekly Pay Schedule via Direct Deposit

What You’ll Do:
- Provide clinic-based OB/GYN care to approximately 18-22 patients per day
- Support staff includes clinical assistants and RNs (location-dependent)
- Perform procedures such as LARC insertion, colposcopy, endometrial biopsy, LEEP
- Collaborate with midwives and an interdisciplinary team
- Cover clinic operations at four Allina Health Clinic locations including Eden Prairie, Greenway, East Lake Street, and Bloomington
- Participate in occasional overnight or weekend call shifts (12- or 24-hour shifts)
- Document care using EPIC EMR system
What You Need:
- MN Medical License and DEA registration
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN (with plan to become BC within 1 year)
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in obstetrics/gynecology
- Skills in performing common OB/GYN procedures and patient care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
