Position Overview
An established, growing OB/GYN practice serving the Silicon Valley community is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join its team. The physician will work closely with an experienced lead physician and provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across the practice's Los Gatos and Mountain View locations.
The practice offers an established patient base, collaborative clinical environment, and access to advanced regional hospital resources, including a Level III NICU, high-risk OB specialists, fertility services, gynecologic oncology, and Da Vinci robotic surgery capabilities.

Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care
Perform routine prenatal and obstetric evaluations
Conduct well-woman and preventive gynecologic examinations
Provide contraceptive counseling and management
Diagnose and treat common gynecologic conditions
Perform appropriate OB/GYN procedures and surgeries
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Interpret diagnostic testing
Maintain accurate EHR documentation
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff
Participate in the established call schedule
Maintain patient safety, confidentiality, and regulatory standards
Develop long-term patient relationships through continuity of care
Qualifications
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Strong clinical skills in both OB and GYN
Competency in prenatal care and routine gynecologic care
Appropriate surgical skills and clinical judgment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
EHR experience/familiarity
Ability to work full-time onsite
New graduates are welcome to apply
Preferred Qualifications
Previous OB/GYN practice experience
Robotic surgery experience
Additional language skills
Chinese/English bilingual skills are a plus
