OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital needs 2 OB/GYN physicians starting 10/26/2026. This is really two distinct pieces of work, not one blended role: a clinic/surgery practice, and a separate, optional call commitment. A locum-to-perm path is available for the right fit, though this opens as a straight locum role.
Job Responsibilities
CALL (optional, separate from clinic/surgery): 1 weekday 24-hour beeper call shift per week, plus 1 weekend 72-hour beeper call shift per month. About 1 delivery per day and variable phone calls while on call, 700 deliveries a year, in-house anesthesia. $2,800 per 24-hour call day plus $300/hr callback. Night call (non-24hr shifts) $400/shift plus $300/hr callback.
