Provide inpatient OB/GYN coverage at a leading facility in Paducah, Kentucky, with 24-hour call shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. This locum assignment offers competitive pay packages, weekly direct-deposit pay, and coverage beginning 09/20/2026, with initial coverage dates listed as November 25–29.

- Provide inpatient OB/GYN and labor and delivery call coverage.
- Manage routine vaginal deliveries, including low-forceps deliveries.
- Evaluate patients and make clinical decisions regarding cesarean sections.
- Manage complicated deliveries, including breech presentations, multiple births, abruptions, and cesarean sections.
- Provide VBAC care and repair third- and fourth-degree lacerations.
- Provide gynecologic call coverage as required.
- Document patient care in the Epic electronic medical record.
Required
- Physician specializing in OB/GYN.
- Ability to provide inpatient and hospital-based OB/GYN call coverage.
- Ability to manage routine and complicated deliveries, cesarean sections, VBACs, and significant perineal laceration repairs.
- Ability to provide gynecologic call coverage.
Preferred
- Experience with Epic electronic medical records.
- Experience working in a Level II nursery and hospital labor and delivery setting.
