- Coverage type: Inpatient; in-house call only
- Call: 12-hour in-house call
- Start: January 2027 (1/1/2027), ongoing
- Shift times (vary): Mon-Thu: 7a-7p and 7p-7a, Fri-Sat: 7p-8a, Sun-Mon: 8p-7a
- Minimum shifts: 14-21 per month
- 1295 deliveries per year
- Patient encounters: 7 per shift
- Obstetrics (required): Low- and high-risk pregnancy management, FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE), OB ultrasound: Level I/viability
- Routine delivery: vaginal, low forceps; C-section decision-making
- Complicated deliveries: C-section, breech, multiples, abruptions,, VBACs, Repair of 3rd/4th degree lacerations
- Gynecology (preferred): Office/minor: IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryotherapy, LEEP, Surgical: open; laparoscopic diagnostic/minor (e.g., tubal ligation, LOA); operative/major (e.g., ectopic, oophorectomy, cystectomy, extensive LOA)
- Epic EMR
- Certifications: BC, WA license, DEA, BLS
- Credentialing: ~90 days
