- Dates: January 2027-Ongoing
- Setting: Outpatient clinic only; no call
- Days/Hours: Monday-Friday; 40 hours/week
- Shift times: 7a-3p or 8a-7p
- Monthly commitment: 5-10 shifts/month (January-April), 10-15 shifts/month (April-at least Oct)
- Patient load: 20 encounters per shift
- Required: Low- and high-risk pregnancy management; FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE); Level I/viability ultrasound interpretation; routine deliveries (vaginal, low forceps); decision-making for C-section; complicated deliveries (C-section, breech, multiples, abruptions, VBACs); repair of 3rd/4th degree lacerations; office/minor GYN (IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryo, LEEP)
- Preferred: Surgical GYN (open; laparoscopic minor; operative/major)
- Epic EMR
- Support staff: 7 RNs, 13 MAs, 6 APPs
- Certifications: BC, WA license or IMLC, DEA, BLS
- Current CV: Must be uploaded with bid
- Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
