Locums | OB/GYN Laborist | Fort Mill, SC (SC license) Why This Role

  • Call only, in-house laborist coverage
  • Board certified
  • Multiple openings (2), defined Sept-Dec window
  • Credentialing will be expedited
  • Strong nursing support (10 RNs)
Assignment Details Start/end: 9/1 through 12/31/2026 Schedule: In-house call, 30-min response, 100% callback Coverage type: Call only, inpatient Volume: ~5 patients/shift; 3-5 phone consults; 1-2 admissions; ~1,000 deliveries/year; 15 beds Setting: Level 2 trauma, stroke certified, admissions required Support: 10 RNs EMR: Cerner Credentialing: ~90 days (will expedite) Clinical Details Required scope: Low- and high-risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE), OB ultrasounds (Level I and II), amniocentesis, routine and complicated delivery (vaginal, low forceps, C-section, breech, multiples, abruptions, VBAC), 3rd/4th degree laceration repair, office/minor gynecology (IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP), surgical gynecology (open, laparoscopic, operative/major), laser certification Rounds on assigned and unassigned patients Requirements Board certified in OB/GYN License: SC required BLS Active DEA Compensation Rate negotiable, open to your number Malpractice provided Travel and lodging reimbursed
