OB Hospitalist - Findlay, NW Ohio ### The Opportunity A regional, nonprofit health system serving an eight-county community in Findlay, NW Ohio is seeking an OB Hospitalist to join a growing Women's Health team. Enjoy 24-hour shifts with a flexible schedule and the option to add clinic work if desired. ### Position Highlights
- 24-hour shifts | 4 shifts per block with additional shifts available
- Optional clinic opportunities
- Scheduled C-sections and gynecology consults
- ED unassigned OB patients and transfer coordination
- Midwife oversight
- Non-emergent GYN surgery with surgical team support
- 24/7 in-house pediatric hospitalist coverage
- Level II Special Care Nursery (32+ weeks)
- Approximately 1,200 deliveries annually
- One delivering hospital with in-unit sleep room
- Remote participation in high-risk meetings ### Compensation & Benefits – 4 Shifts/Block
- $195,000 base salary
- $2,850 CME/board certification allowance
- $156/hour PRN rate

- 403(b) tax-deferred annuity with 4% match beginning year 2
