Obstetrician and Gynecologist (OB/GYN) Physician

Our client, a well-established and expanding women’s health organization with over 40 years of history, is hiring a Full-Time Obstetrician and Gynecologist (OB/GYN) Physician. This prominent private practice in New York City is dedicated to redefining women's healthcare through personalized, patient-centric services. Responsibilities:

• Provide full-scope OB/GYN care, including deliveries averaging approximately one per day and outpatient consultations.
• Participate in a manageable OB call rotation, typically 1:5 or 1:6 days, with schedules customizable as M-F with rotating Saturdays or a 3x12 shift pattern.
• Deliver minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries and participate in outpatient procedures, ultrasounds, and lab testing, ensuring thorough patient assessments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists to create personalized care plans.
• Occasionally cover multiple locations in Manhattan and Queens, with flexibility to work at new offices planned in Midtown Manhattan.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and compliance with all healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

• Doctorate of Medicine or Osteopathy; Board certification in OB/GYN.
• Completion of a 4-year OB-GYN residency program.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of post-residency clinical experience in hospital or private practice.
• Valid NY medical license and privileges at a leading NYC hospital(s) preferred.
• Experience with advanced minimally invasive surgery (MIGS) is required or “grandfathered” status.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, or others) and positive online reviews will be advantageous.
• Flexibility to practice in New York City locations, with an interest in growing urban clinics.
