Emergency Solutions is recruiting an OB/GYN physician for an established, physician-led practice in Broward County. Join a team of 10 physicians and 15 advanced practice providers offering collaborative care, experienced midwife support, and opportunities to develop your clinical and surgical interests.
This position offers a $300,000 base salary for a three-day workweek, including one call day, with production incentives and an option for a four-day schedule with higher compensation.
Job Responsibilities
• Serve patients across four offices in the Miramar, Pembroke Pines, and Weston area.
• Work at one office per day, with locations a short drive apart.
• Provide hospital care at Memorial Hospital Miramar.
• Receive backup during call from experienced midwives.
• Access minimally invasive laparoscopic surgical technology.
• Receive mentorship from a highly experienced robotic surgeon.
• Pursue advanced IVF training through the group’s IVF clinic.
• Work within a practice that includes in-house maternal-fetal medicine services.
• Optional training in cosmetic gynecology procedures is available for interested physicians.
Compensation & Benefits
• $300,000 base salary for the three-day schedule.

Working Hours
• Three-day workweek, including one call day.
• 1:5 call rotation from home.
• Experienced midwife support during call.
• Four-day schedule option with adjusted higher compensation.
Practice office hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–8 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m.–3 p.m. These are practice operating hours; the individual physician schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
