JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  
• Licenses: Active Michigan License at Time of Submission
  
• DEA: Active DEA Registration
  
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, EFM, NRP
  
• Experience: Broad scope OB/GYN experience including routine deliveries, C-sections, and obstetric emergencies in a rural setting
  
• Other Qualifications: Clean malpractice history required ;
  
• Michigan residents preferred
  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide independent OB/GYN call coverage in a rural hospital setting.
  
• Manage routine and emergent obstetrical care, including vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections.
  
• Perform comprehensive inpatient women’s health services with minimal supervision.
  
• Handle obstetric emergencies such as hemorrhage or fetal distress.
  
• Collaborate with on-call support staff and document care using Oracle EMR.
