We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to provide full-scope obstetric and gynecologic services in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. This opportunity offers the ability to deliver comprehensive women’s healthcare, including prenatal care, deliveries, gynecologic services, preventive care, and surgical procedures.
The ideal candidate is passionate about improving patient outcomes, providing culturally responsive care, and working alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Job Responsibilities
Prenatal care
Obstetric services
Labor and delivery management
Gynecologic evaluations and treatment
Preventive women’s healthcare
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat women’s health conditions
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, histories, and physical examinations
Interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing results
Develop individualized treatment plans
Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate
Educate patients on:
Disease prevention
Health maintenance
Immunizations
Treatment options
Perform OB/GYN procedures including:
Cesarean sections
Hysterectomies
LEEP procedures
Colposcopies
Other gynecologic and obstetric procedures within scope
Collaborate with healthcare teams and support staff
Maintain accurate medical documentation
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Maintain hospital privileges and professional credentials
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of accredited OB/GYN residency program
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Eligible for Florida medical licensure
Ability to obtain and maintain hospital privileges
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Experience caring for diverse and multicultural patient populations
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Experience in community healthcare settings
Working Hours
Office-based clinical responsibilities
Hospital coverage as needed
Participation in scheduled call responsibilities
Occasional evening or weekend clinical coverage may be required
