Job Requirements

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Active Ohio medical license required
• Experience in OB hospitalist, labor and delivery, or similar inpatient women’s health coverage preferred
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience required
• Must be comfortable working overnight shifts in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with certified nurse midwives and multidisciplinary clinical staff

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight obstetric coverage for labor and delivery, triage, antepartum, and postpartum patients
• Collaborate with certified nurse midwives onsite to support patient care
• Oversee OB triage and manage deliveries during the night shift
• Support inpatient obstetric workflows and ensure safe, timely care
• Provide backup support for private practice OB coverage as needed
• Maintain high standards of patient safety, quality, and compassionate care
• Work as part of a supportive, team-based OB/GYN healthcare environment
