OB/GYN Physician Opportunity – Full-Spectrum Women’s Health
A respected healthcare organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care.
This role offers the opportunity to care for women throughout every stage of life, including prenatal care, deliveries, gynecologic evaluations, preventive services, and surgical procedures.
The ideal candidate is a compassionate physician with strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality, culturally responsive care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Job Responsibilities
Prenatal and obstetric care
Gynecologic evaluations and treatment
Preventive women's healthcare
Labor and delivery services
Gynecologic surgical procedures
Evaluate patients through comprehensive histories, examinations, diagnostic testing, and clinical assessments
Diagnose and treat women’s health conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans
Prescribe medications and preventive therapies appropriately
Educate patients regarding health maintenance, treatment options, and preventive care
Perform gynecologic and obstetric procedures including:
Cesarean sections
Hysterectomies
LEEP procedures
Colposcopies
Other procedures within scope of practice
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and clinical staff
Participate in office and hospital-based coverage
Maintain accurate medical documentation and comply with healthcare standards
Maintain hospital privileges and collaborate with affiliated healthcare partners
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Eligible for Florida medical licensure
Ability to obtain and maintain hospital privileges
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Experience serving diverse patient populations
Strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Experience providing comprehensive OB/GYN services
